Project Overview
This passion project was the creation of a personalized wedding website for my husband and I. As a budding web designer, I took the reins on the entire design, development, and content creation process, including crafting the logo. This website served not only as a source of information for our guests but also as a creative outlet to express our love story and celebrate our upcoming wedding.
The website has since been retired. However, these images and the video below captured its original appearance.
The Challenge
Traditionally, wedding invitations provide logistical details, but often lack the space to express the couple’s personalities and share the unique details of their love story. The challenge was to create a digital platform that not only outlined the essential wedding information but also served as a virtual representation of our relationship.
The Solution
Fueled by my passion for design and the excitement of our wedding, I designed a personalized website that captured the essence of our love story. The website featured an original logo that symbolized our union. The content, written entirely by me, provided all the necessary wedding details alongside engaging narratives and photos that showcased our personalities and our journey to marriage. This user-friendly website offered a fun and informative experience for our guests, allowing them to RSVP, explore details about the wedding venue and itinerary, and celebrate alongside us virtually.
