Betterhelp
Project Overview
I led the design of a B2B landing page for BetterHelp, creating two distinct design options to cater to their specific needs. The first design incorporated an image of the founder in the hero section, as requested by the client, while the second focused on showcasing important data. Both designs were meticulously crafted in Figma, with a strong emphasis on optimizing conversion rates and ensuring seamless responsiveness across mobile and desktop views. Collaborating closely with a development and design team, we successfully translated BetterHelp’s branding to resonate with their B2B audience, creating a cohesive and impactful online presence.
The Challenge
The primary challenge in this project was balancing BetterHelp’s desire for a personalized touch (featuring the founder) with the need to present compelling data to drive conversions in a B2B context. We had to create designs that not only adhered to best practices for B2B landing pages but also maintained the trust and credibility essential in the mental health sector. Additionally, ensuring that both design options were equally effective on mobile and desktop platforms presented a significant challenge, as the content and layout needed to adapt seamlessly without losing impact or functionality
The Solution
To address these challenges, we developed two distinct yet equally effective landing page designs for A/B testing. Both versions focused on clear, benefit-driven copy and prominent calls-to-action to maximize conversion potential. We incorporated social proof elements, such as testimonials and user statistics, to build credibility and address potential objections. The mobile-responsive design ensured that key information and CTAs remained easily accessible across all devices. By optimizing page load speeds and implementing SEO best practices, we enhanced the overall user experience and search visibility. The final designs successfully merged BetterHelp’s brand identity with B2B-focused elements, creating landing pages that effectively communicated value, inspired trust, and drove conversions.
